Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Start by soaking your wooden skewers in water if you're using them. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Marinate the shrimp

In a bowl, combine olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, and shrimp. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Skewer and grill

Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.

Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or grilled vegetables. Leftovers can be refrigerated but are best eaten fresh. Garnish with parsley for a pop of color!
