Baked Chicken and Mushroom Casserole
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and prepare the baking dish by greasing it lightly.

Sauté the Chicken and Vegetables
In a pan, sauté diced chicken breast and chopped onion until the chicken is browned. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
Prepare the Rice Mix
In a bowl, combine cooked rice, milk, and the sautéed chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Casserole
Transfer the rice mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top evenly.
Bake and Serve
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
