Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Steam or boil them until slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Mixture
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt.
Combine Everything and Bake
In a large bowl, mix the steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and cheese mixture until well coated. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese or herbs. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
