One-Pot Tomato Pasta
Gather all your ingredients and a large pot for cooking. Make sure to have a wooden spoon ready for stirring.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 100g of pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
Add Tomatoes and Simmer
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add 200g of chopped tomatoes and 2 cups of water or vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes break down.
Finish and Serve
Stir everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
