Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Prepare your ingredients beforehand for a smooth cooking process.

Tomato

Prepare the Chicken

Chicken breast

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in a beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan. Heat olive oil in a pan.

Cook and Bake

Tomato
100 grams

Fry the chicken until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish, top with tomato slices and more Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
