Baked Chicken Wings with Cherry Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.

Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the wings with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring even coverage.
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Make the Cherry Sauce
While the wings are baking, combine the cherry and garlic in a small pot over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cherries break down. Add the butter and stir until melted.
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the cherry sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat evenly before serving.
