Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Prepare your cooking area and ingredients before you start. Gather mushrooms, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, pasta, milk, salt, and pepper. Make sure to have your cooking utensils ready. Let's cook!

Prepare the Ingredients


Wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Measure out the butter, milk, Parmesan, pasta, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Mushrooms and Garlic



In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, salt, and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Cook the Pasta

In a separate pot, boil water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combine and Finish
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushroom and garlic. Pour in milk and half of the Parmesan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining Parmesan, pepper, and adjust seasoning.

Serve the creamy garlic mushroom pasta warm, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of black pepper. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat gently.
