Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Measure out the butter, milk, Parmesan, pasta, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Mushrooms and Garlic

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, salt, and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

Cook the Pasta

In a separate pot, boil water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Finish

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushroom and garlic. Pour in milk and half of the Parmesan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining Parmesan, pepper, and adjust seasoning.
