Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine 100g of yogurt, 30g of sugar, and 1 egg. Whisk together until smooth and fully combined. This will take about 1.5 minutes. Make sure to clean the bowl and whisk after use. (2 minutes)

Pour and Bake

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Use this time to clean your workspace. (1500 seconds)

Cool and Serve

Once baked, remove from the oven and let the cake cool for about 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving. (600 seconds)
