Chicken Wings with Blackberry Sauce
Prepare your oven by preheating it to 200°C (400°F) and gather all the ingredients needed for the chicken wings and blackberry sauce.
Ingredients:
Prepare the chicken wings
Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a bowl, add melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure the wings are well coated.
Make the blackberry sauce
In a small saucepan, combine fresh blackberries, honey, and a touch of water. Cook over medium heat until the blackberries break down and the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Enjoy!
Serve the chicken wings hot, drizzled with the blackberry sauce and a side of celery sticks. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, you can garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
