Cherry and Chicken Stir Fry

Gather all your ingredients and chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and pit the cherries if needed.
Ingredients:

Prepare the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Add Cherries

Once the chicken is cooked, add the cherries to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the cherries to soften and release some of their juices.
Season the Dish

Stir in soy sauce and mix well to combine all the flavors. Let it cook for another minute.
Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir fry hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Pair it with steamed rice or noodles. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
