Boiled Chicken and Vegetable Medley
Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and removing skin from the chicken breast. Have your broth ready for boiling.

Boil Chicken
In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil and add the chicken breast. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through. Add minced garlic for flavor.
Add Vegetables
After 20 minutes, add chopped carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
