Boiled Chicken and Broccoli
Prepare your ingredients by washing the broccoli and cutting the chicken breast into large chunks. Have a pot of water ready for boiling.

Boil the Chicken
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the chicken breast and crushed garlic. Boil for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
Cook the Broccoli
In the same pot, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender yet crisp. Drain and set aside.
Combine and Serve
Slice the boiled chicken into strips. Plate the chicken alongside the broccoli and enjoy your healthy meal.
