Cabbage and Bacon Bake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish.

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the bacon into strips.
Sauté the Bacon and Cabbage




In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Stir in the cabbage and cook until wilted, around 5-7 minutes. Add butter to combine.
Bake the Dish

Transfer the cabbage and bacon mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
