Chinese Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Shrimp
Prepare all ingredients: chop the cauliflower into florets, mince the garlic and ginger, and pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Gather your spices and sauces.
Ingredients:
Sauté the Aromatics
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add Shrimp and Cauliflower
Increase the heat to high, add shrimp and cauliflower florets to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and the cauliflower starts to soften.
Season and Serve
Pour in the soy sauce, stir well and let everything cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate, garnishing with cilantro.
Enjoy!
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro on top. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or quinoa. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
